FAQ'sWhen Should I Order My Invitations?
We suggest ordering your invitations approximately 3-4 months prior to your day (the earlier the better). Aim to send your invitations out at least 6-8 weeks in advance to allow for rsvp's and confirmation of numbers.
Customising your Stationery
You may customise the wording on any of the stationery items in our online store. Simply supply your wording in the appropriate fields during the ordering process and we will personalise the stationery for you.
If you see an invitation that you like on this website, but would like to change the colour, just contact us, and we can adapt the design to suit any colour palette to match your theme. There is no additional charge for colour changes.
Guests Names
Guest names can be printed on invitations for an additional $1.00 per item. When your order has been processed, we will supply an excel spreadsheet template for you to enter your guest name details that are to be printed on the invitations. Please ensure you type them EXACTLY as you wish them to appear, as the names will not be edited.
This service is not available for magnet orders due to the nature of the printing process.
Payment Methods
Full Payment is required before we commence designing your invitation, via our online checkout. Payment can be made by credit card, internet bank transfer, cheque or money order. Credit card payments are via the secure PayPal site. Pretty Inviting will never ask you for your credit card details.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the product and considering all stationery is personalised, refunds cannot be given after printing of the order has commenced. After the initial order has been placed, and providing the printing has not begun, cancellation of the job will incur a 50% charge.
Designing your invitations
Upon receipt of your order and payment, the customisation process will begin. You will receive a proof via email from us within 3 business days, and here you will be given the opportunity to make any text changes that are required via email. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all text and content is correct (including spelling and punctuation). Two rounds of text changes are included in the prices shown. Additional rounds of changes will incur an extra charge.
Printing of Stationery
On receipt of your approval, your order will be output for printing. As part of the process, a press proof will be posted to you for final
sign off prior to printing the entire order. This gives you the
opportunity to see exactly how the finished product will look.
Once you have signed off on the press proof, the printers will be instructed to proceed with printing of the order. Upon completion, we will notify you of your estimated delivery date. Your stationery will be delivered within 21 working days of signing off on the final proof. All of our stationery is printed digitally. (There may be slight shifts in colour due to this process).
Printing Specifications:
Full Colour 340gsm Smooth White Stock. Stock can be upgraded to a White Metallic Card for an additional cost. These prices are listed under each item in the store.
DeliveryStationery will be sent via Australia Post, however, if you wish your order to be sent via courier, please contact us to arrange and we be happy to send this way. Please note for courier deliveries, PO Boxes are not accepted, and there will need to be someone available to sign for delivery.
Pretty Inviting takes great care in the packaging of our orders, and does not take any responsibility for damage to the stationery in transit.
